Job DescriptionWe,51 Parcel ltd, established in 2012, evolved into an international business offering aerial transport import and export freight transportation, air parcel service, special cargo service, warehouse management and international courier service from UK to China. Currently, the business has been estimated to occupy up to 60% of British-Chinese trade market.

Meanwhile, we continue to grow and expand: our shipping volume reaches an average of 30 ton daily; we plan to move into a new 17000 square meter warehouse in 2016. In addition to warehouse expansion, we require more qualified people who can create more potential and bring more energy to join our company.

a. The main duties and responsibilities of the job (job description):

1. Maintains company organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program. Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting

2. Handling employee relationship. Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors.

3. Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.

4. Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.

5. Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.

6. Maintains human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.

b. Skills and Qualifications:

1. Fluent English and Chinese speaking and writing.

2. Well understanding the recruitment channel/website in both Chinese and English.

3. Outgoing and easygoing with proven communication skills. Multi-task management and time management required.

4. Basic computer skill required.

5. HR Master Degree holder with experienced with HR management required.
